Cindy Cao will provide quantitative support and research to clients of the firm

Atlanta, Georgia July 17, 2013 – SMC Terminus Group, Inc. announced today that Cindy Cao has joined the firm as an Associate and a member of the firms Quantitative Analysis Group, Terminus Analytics, located in its Atlanta offices effective immediately.

“The hiring of Cindy Cao is a significant addition to our firm and reaffirms Terminus’s commitment to further bolster ourquantitative analysis and research capabilities across the firm’s investment banking platform,“ said David Corbin, Managing Director and head of the firm’s Investment Banking Group.”

Ms. Cao is a recent graduate of the School of Economics at Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee where she earned a Master of Science in Economics. Prior to joining SMC Terminus, Ms. Cao began her career with Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, where she assisted in M&A Transaction Services in mining and infrastructure industries. Her experience also includes internships with Deloitte Tax practice, and Foreign Trade and Economic Commission of China, Chongqing. Ms. Cao is a graduate of the University of Zhejiang and received a Bachelor degree in International Economics.
